You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped and receive a full refund. Once your item has been sent out for delivery we are unable to cancel your order.

You as the Buyer are responsible for providing a prescription (if required by your local laws) within 30 days of purchase (see terms and conditions). You can upload a copy of this by going to the Prescription Upload page found here.

You will be provided a tracking reference once your item has been shipped. You can track this online.

Please note that your order will be considered delivered if either or both the tracking indicates final delivery made or 30 days has past since your order was marked shipped. We are unable to refund if either of these is the case.

Rilmenidine results can only be deteremined between yourself and your medical practitioner. However it is not a one-time only pill and may be a longer term solution to your medical requirements which can only be determined between you and your medical practitioner.

Depending on where your order is shipped from, it could take between 2 and 4 weeks to arrive especially if it is shipped internationally. The guideline is 5 to 10 business days.
